Quality
Our POMP Rosé is a unique cuvée of noble Riesling sparkling wine (Rheingau) and noble Champagne Reinette (Hochstadt) .
This special cuvée gets its unique touch from this old organic apple variety from our own natural orchards. POMP Rosé also surprises discerning palates (particularly in blind tastings, “It tastes like a young champagne!”)

Our POMP Rosé also looks very elegant in a Bellini with fresh (white) peach mousse. Mix 3 peaches, the juice of half a lemon and 2 tablespoons of sugar (or without if you like). Divide the mousse into 6 coupes, top with a bottle of POMP Rosé… Cincin!

Preservation and reforestation of local orchards
Meadow orchards are part of Hesse's cultural heritage and are characterised by ancient, regional plants. Around Frankfurt am Main is one of Germany's largest contiguous meadow orchards .
We continue to promote and preserve these wonderful landscapes, the livelihoods of our family's ancestors and countless animal species, to this day.
In the spirit of sustainability, these unique biotopes in Hochstadt and the surrounding area are being reforested with organic Champagne Reinette and other old apple varieties .
