Quality
Our POMP Rosé is a unique cuvée of noble Riesling sparkling wine (Rheingau) and noble Champagne Reinette (Hochstadt) .
This special cuvée gets its unique touch from this old organic apple variety from our own natural orchards. POMP Rosé also surprises discerning palates (particularly in blind tastings, “It tastes like a young champagne!”)

PIMP your POMP: Offer your guests POMP Rosé on ice decorated with currants .
Our POMP Rosé also looks very elegant in a Bellini with fresh (white) peach mousse. Mix 3 peaches, the juice of half a lemon and 2 tablespoons of sugar (or without if you like). Divide the mousse into 6 coupes, top with a bottle of POMP Rosé… Cincin!

Preservation and reforestation of local orchards
Orchards are Hessian cultural assets that are characterized by the ancient, regional plants. Around Frankfurt am Main is one of Germany's largest contiguous orchard areas .
We continue to promote and preserve these wonderful landscapes, the livelihoods of family ancestors and countless animal species to this day.
In the spirit of sustainability, Hochstadt and the surrounding area are being reforested with organic Champagne Reinette and other old apple varieties .
