Quality
POMP Grande Cuvée Rosé is a unique cuvée made from noble Riesling sparkling wine (Rheingau) and the noble Champagne Reinette (Hochstadt) .
This old organic apple variety from our own natural orchards gives the special cuvée its unique touch. POMP Rosé always surprises even demanding palates, especially during blind tastings ("It tastes like a young champagne!")

PIMP your POMP: You can offer POMP Rosé on ice decorated with currants .
Our rosé looks just as elegant in a Bellini with fresh (white) peach mousse. To do this, mix 3 peaches, the juice of ½ lemon and 2 tablespoons of sugar (or without if you like). Divide the mousse into 6 glasses, top with a bottle of POMP Rosé… Cincin!

Preservation and reforestation of local orchards
Meadow orchards are part of Hesse's cultural heritage and are characterised by ancient, regional plants. Around Frankfurt am Main is one of Germany's largest contiguous meadow orchards .
We continue to promote and preserve these wonderful landscapes, the livelihoods of our family's ancestors and countless animal species, to this day.
In the spirit of sustainability, these unique biotopes in Hochstadt and the surrounding area are being reforested with organic Champagne Reinette and other old apple varieties .
