POMP Grande Cuvée Blanc is DR HÖHL'S special cuvée made from noble Riesling sparkling wine (Rheingau) and the noble Champagne Reinette (Hochstadt) . This historic organic apple variety from our own natural orchards gives POMP Blanc its unique touch.

Preservation and reforestation of local orchards
Meadow orchards are part of Hesse's cultural heritage and are characterised by ancient, regional plants. Around Frankfurt am Main is one of Germany's largest contiguous meadow orchards .
We continue to promote and preserve these wonderful landscapes, the livelihoods of our family's ancestors and countless animal species, to this day.
In the spirit of sustainability, these unique biotopes in Hochstadt and the surrounding area are being reforested with organic Champagne Reinette and other old apple varieties .
