Drink apple cider vinegar: The homemade natural wellness drink without calories

Drinking apple cider vinegar made easy: Simply place a bottle at your workplace or dining table and “season” your water.

How to drink apple cider vinegar

To do this, take a glass (250 ml) of mineral water and add 1 - 2 teaspoons of DR. HÖHL'S BioEss naturally cloudy organic apple cider vinegar. You can also add lemon balm or mint to taste. How often do you drink apple cider vinegar?

In principle, you can drink apple cider vinegar water throughout the day . There is no need to worry about an overdose if you drink apple cider vinegar in water. If you want to be on the safe side, use a straw to protect your teeth.

  • Many people drink a glass of apple cider vinegar water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to get their digestion and the organism going. The minerals in apple cider vinegar and the valuable apple cider acetic acid have a beneficial effect on the body.
  • If you get cravings between meals, you can satisfy your hunger by drinking apple cider vinegar .
  • Drink apple cider vinegar before eating to lower your blood sugar curve by up to 30% after a meal* (20 minutes before is optimal, also with eating and shortly afterwards the drink still has an effect)

    It is important not to overdose so as not to lose the enjoyment of the thing. Personally, I always pour a shot from my wrist into my glass throughout the day and top it up with water. But you should start with the specified 1 – 2 teaspoons.

Important for the morning routine with apple cider vinegar

We recommend drinking a glass of warm water with apple cider vinegar every morning. But please make sure that the tea water is not over 40 degrees so that all active ingredients are retained.
