The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries : Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden .
Shipping (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
1 – 5 kg --> 6,90 €
6 – 13 kg --> 7,90 €
14 – 24 kg --> 8,50 €
25 – 31 kg --> 9,90 €
90,00 € and more --> 3,50 €
For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of €9.00 will be added to the shipping costs.

Delivery times
For goods designed individually according to customer requirements, the correction template is created within 3-5 days after conclusion of the contract, the design work is carried out and the goods are delivered within 10 Days after approval of the proof copy (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 - 2 working days, and for international deliveries within 2 - 4 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
