Conditions of Participation

Participation in competitions run by DR. HÖHL'S GmbH & Co. KG and their implementation are governed by the following provisions. In the terms of use, we use the term "participant" to refer to all participants (male/female/male) equally.

1. The prize offered

1. There is no entitlement to a cash payment in place of non-cash or other prizes drawn or to a subsequent change to the prizes.

2. The prizes of the current competition are:
5 x a set consisting of: Book "Healthy, strong, beautiful" + 6 bottles of BioEss apple cider vinegar naturally cloudy 500ml

2. Participation

a. All persons who are 18 years or older at the time of entry and who live in Germany are eligible to take part in the competition. Participation using false identities or the identities of third parties is not permitted.
b. A participant takes part in the current competition by following the BioEss brand on Instagram or Facebook and linking two friends in a comment. The participant is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Otherwise, they may be excluded from participation in accordance with section 3.b. Participation in the competition is only possible once! Multiple entries will result in exclusion.
c. At the end of the competition period, the winners will be drawn and notified via direct message and publicly on meta. Only complete and correct entries will qualify for participation in the competition. The competition ends on July 17, 2024 at 0:00 a.m.

3. Implementation and processing

a. The winners will be notified via their meta account. Participants agree that their name will be published on the Internet if they win.
DR. HÖHL'S GmbH & Co. KG is entitled to transmit the winner's data to any cooperation partners in order to enable the prize to be implemented/processed.
b. The claim to the prize is not transferable. If a set, reasonable period for claiming the prize expires without result, the claim to the prize will be forfeited.

4. Exclusion from participation

a. Employees of DR. HÖHL'S GmbH & Co. KG and all third parties involved in the implementation of the competition as well as the respective employees of the aforementioned companies are excluded from participation in the competition.
b. In the event of a breach of these conditions of participation, the participant may be excluded from participating in the competition.
c. Persons who use unauthorised aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation will also be excluded. In these cases, the subsequent withdrawal and reclaim of any winnings already paid out remains reserved.

5. Reservation of early termination of the current competition

DR. HÖHL'S GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. It is particularly entitled to do so if attempts at misuse through manipulation are discovered.

6. Liability

a. DR. HÖHL'S GmbH & Co. KG accepts no liability for legal and/or material defects. In the event that the prize cannot be claimed for reasons for which the winner is responsible, the right to the prize is void.
b. DR. HÖHL'S GmbH & Co. KG is not liable for any personal injury, property damage and/or financial loss arising in connection with this agreement, unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence (in the case of personal injury, intentionally or negligently) by legal representatives or vicarious agents of DR. HÖHL'S GmbH & Co. KG.
c. DR. HÖHL'S GmbH & Co. KG will be released from all obligations upon delivery of the prize, unless these regulations stipulate an earlier date.

7. Miscellaneous

a. All information is provided without guarantee. Legal recourse is excluded.
b. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.
c. These conditions of participation can be changed at any time by DR. HÖHL'S GmbH & Co. KG without separate notification.
d. This promotion has no connection with Instagram and Facebook (meta) and is not sponsored, supported or organized by them in any way. The recipients of the information provided by the sender are not Instagram and Facebook, but DR. HÖHL'S GmbH & Co. KG. The liability of Instagram and Facebook in connection with this competition is excluded.
The personal data collected from participants as part of the competition will only be processed to administer the competition. The data will be deleted after the competition has ended, unless otherwise agreed.
The data processing for the implementation of the competition is based on the consent of the participants in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a) of GDPR. Participants have the right to revoke their consent to the processing of data at any time with effect for the future.
